  • Who covers return shipping costs? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of unwanted items. We cover shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
  • What if I receive a damaged or defective item? Notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will assist with return or refund and cover return shipping costs.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned? Yes, such as custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Can I exchange an item? We recommend returning the item and placing a new order for replacement once the return is accepted.
  • When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
